Under "Design" and "Theme" it says I can personalize my defaults in the profile page, which I did. However, that palette doesn't show here.

I now understand that the palette I customized and saved in my profile is the default palette for every new story until I change it.

However, this is rather unintuitive. I'd like my palette to show as selectable option in the theme panel/section.
