In some region, the default separator is semicolon not comma, we should be able to support it for CSV upload case.

this is enabled, now we support both comma and semicolon separated CSV files.
For TSV, it's expected to have [TAB] as the separator.

Simple for Columns to support a new separator, just add the semicolon in the support list.
